Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

1:1 device deployments seem to be the trend these days. With most assessments designed to be taken online, requiring students to be comfortable with using and navigating digital resources is key. Mary Williams Elementary School has experienced success with the deployment of over 1,000 devices. They have seen significant gains in Reading and Math. In this session Principal Colon will share their journey, successes, and lessons learn. A 1:1 initiative can be a game changer for any school. Join to learn more about their approach to personalized learning and how to create a magical digital environment for your students.

Participants will learn how to:

· The importance of establishing the Why;

· Put their vision statement front and center;

· Develop a living, breathing strategic plan;

· Meet people where they are;

· Show, just don’t tell; and

· Keep the doors wide open.
