Creating a student Helpdesk

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Student help desks are a great way to incorporate the resources that we all have in our buildings. Using a packaged program for students to learn Google Apps and Chromebook repair may provide you with student led assistance for your 1:1 program while offering a way for students to gain customer service skills and on-the-job training. This presentation will provide an overview of one district's work in this direction at our High Schools and the progress and changes that have occurred during year two.
